Incoming 9th Graders
Most student information is collected from our feeder districts the semester before school starts. This gives our guidance department a head-start getting ready for incoming 9th grade students. This process is not perfect and some data does not get transferred or the information that is transferred do not contain the most recent address or contact information. If that’s the case then in the weeks leading up to the start of school you can your home high school to see if your student’s information has been collected and/or is current. If you’re not sure which school your student will be attending you can check that with our home school locator at www.hbuhsd.edu/schoollocator. In most cases we’ll use the information that was provided to us from the feeder school to send you registration information.
